After sever lots of downtime due the server overload, i decided that we need a bigger server. And hence, on 18 March i moving into a bigger package on Lunarpages. It cost me more $22 for each month than the previous server. But it also offers twice RAM, so i think it’s worth it. The movement is not too smooth, we got a DNS error which make the server down for about two days. The problem lies after i’m pointing my domains into the new IP. And after i complained on both my registrar and webserver, the problem is lies on the webserver setting. And now all is well, but the release of the Dota 6.67 will be a first test of my server endurance. Let’s hope it works..

My First Forums! ^^
November 23rd, 2009At last i have my first forums! After moving my Dota-Blog, i add a forums. I’m using PHPBB for the engine. Although the best script is maybe VBulletin, but after several thought, i think it’s better to use the free script and see the reaction, before using a pay script (VBulletin cost you $195). I've Got Smart Priced?

While it can reach for $0.1 last month, now it’s only $0.03 on average. I hope this is just for a while.. If not, maybe i should figure it somehow if i got smart priced by Google..
ProjectWonderful Payment Sent
September 17th, 2009At last, i just got payment from ProjectWonderful. Actually this is my second payment. But this payment is pretty big compared to the previous one. For some reason, i got lucky that some people competing on my Dota Blog spot and caused the rate increase into $2.5 a day ^^ But today it’s back to normal again -_- Anyway, together with the previous infolinks withdrawal, now i can pay for my next year hosting bill 
First InfoLinks Payments
September 2nd, 2009Yay! After my Infolinks payment got pending last month, yesterday i got email from paypal that said the Infolinks send me payment 
Well, it’s not much, but it still above my expectation ^^ $200 is pretty much helping me in paying my next year hosting payment which is $480 -_- Now, i’m still waiting for the Adbrite. Gosh! I wish i have another choice.. Adbrite is so slow on take care of the payment. What make it worse is that it still using check! Come on man..
Google give Comment Feature!

Now you can give comment on Google search result
Wow, i just saw it today when testing some keywords on Google about my Dota-Allstars blog. And here it is, a new feature is introduced by Google. Now you can give a comment on the Google search result. You can even delete and promote a search result. But i’m still wondering wether your promotion can have effect or just for your personal queries. Despite of that, i think this feature will give the user a more interactive way of searching and not just quietly accept the result. Neat!

AliefWebZ will be my place to share knowledge about blogging and also my experience toward a proffesional blogger & webmaster.
