One of the toughest time of my blogging life just happened right now. Currently, i”m working out on one of my blog that have great future and high payment rate. And it causing me to have less time for my main blog and having difficulties on maintained it.
This is a bad move. No matter how brigh the future of my latest blog, my main blog still give me most of the income. Therefore, i think i must recruit someone to help me handle the blog.
But the problem starts now, i’m still not sure if i must hire someone or not. Hire someone means i got a cut on the income to pay the new employee. And it’s not end there, i also must find someone who can fit that role, and that’s not easy..
Lots of negotiation skill and managements skills will needed if i keep moving forward. I cannot keep doing all of this by myself after all. Let’s just pray that i make the right step
